Five Stations Full Auto SIM Card Punching Machine

Five stations full auto card punching machine adopts precise molds, punches 2FF+3FF+4FF standard SIM card, half card or quarter card. By changing punching molds, it can realize punching various non-standard card, mini card and irregular card.

With the precise punching molds, the quality of cards with various material can be guaranteed.

Easy mold changing process and stable punching condition save lots of labor and improve working efficiency greatly.

Features:

1. It can optional Punch single or double Multi-sim with half cut in one card.

2. Suitable for punching single chip, dual chips or four chips card, only need to change the mold. While it is punching half card, stamping or cutting mode can be chose.

3. The X,Y direction of punching mold can be adjusted.

4. Controlled by Servo motor, low noise and stable.

5. Double cards detection function.

6. Card detection function makes sure the correct card direction when transfer.

7. Special location design can punch different cards with special shapes.

8. Two different out feeding designs; cards can be collected automatically.

9. Cards transferred through belt driven by servomotor ensure the safety and stability of the machine.

10. Long life-time punch mold. It only need to be whetted every two million times punching.

11. Personalized software design. Machine can be empty automatically and sample cards freely.

12. Special feeding design avoids unloading double cards caused by static electricity.

13. Collecting device could not only collect standard card and half card into collection box, if this machine has equipped with 2FF function, the collecting device also could collect 2FF card into material tube.
